I have just finished 16 personal training sessions with Hayley. Before I started I was really apprehensive about starting or even contacting a personal trainer. My confidence was low but I really wanted to commit to losing weight and getting healthier. I needn’t have worried, Hayley put me at ease during our initial meeting. The sessions were excellent, a combination of cardio, strength and core both in and outside, and were all planned and delivered professionally with a personal touch. I looked forward to my sessions and I was pushed physically and mentally to achieve my goals. Hayley would check in at regular times ensuring I was on track with my personal goals and gave me the encouragement I needed. I can’t thank her enough for helping me begin my journey to a happier, healthier me.

Fantastic facilities, excellent support, guidance and advice!

I’m currently trying to regain some level of fitness following a long break from any kind of exercise.  Hayley has been so supportive and encouraging, devising a programme to help me challenge myself whilst building my confidence and strength. 

She has been patient and understanding and has an excellent knowledge.  Nothing has felt too much trouble and Hayley has been brilliant at listening and adapting things to make the programme totally suit my individual needs!

She has motivated me and pushed me and I’m already feeling the difference after only the first few training sessions.  I highly recommend training with Hayley.
